About Us

pic.jpeg

JHJ Insurance is a family owned business run by me, Janae Huffman. I am a wife, mother of twin girls, and a licensed occupational therapist. After 20 years of rehabilitating seniors and watching them struggle to understand and utilize their Medicare policies and benefits, I decided to turn my attention to another type of service, Medicare health planning. I pride myself on getting to know each one of my clients in order assist them in finding the right policy that fits their individual needs and keeping it simple to reduce the confusion. Our business name is a combination of my family's initials which together naturally form the shape of an anchor. This symbol perfectly represents the foundation of this service, to provide security and steadfastness to ready us for our uncertain experiences in life.

Medicare Advantage (Part C)

These plans, offered by private insurance companies, cover Medicare Parts A and B and also may include Part D drug benefits. These plans usually provide a network of doctors and hospitals for you to choose from and usually have to pay deductibles, coinsurance, and copays for services. Many of these may also offer extra services, like dental, vision, gym memberships, over-the-counter credits, and more.
